Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ivoryevents.com.cy and the TenantPack CY service (the “Service”), provided by G.SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD, registered company in Cyprus (“we”, “us”). Last updated: November 12, 2025.

This website is hosted and technically maintained by G. SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD (Webzone-CY), acting solely as hosting, technical support, and maintenance provider.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1) Definitions

• “User”: any visitor or registered user of the Service.
• “Report”: the generated PDF/document (e.g., move-in/move-out report) created from your inputs (photos/notes/timestamps).
• “User Content”: photos, text, notes, details and any other content you upload or submit.

2) Ownership & Roles

The Service’s content, pricing, and policies are controlled by G.SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD. Webzone-CY provides technical infrastructure/hosting/maintenance only and bears no responsibility for User Content, Reports, data accuracy, or disputes/transactions between users and third parties.

3) Eligibility & Account

You represent that you have the right to use the Service and that information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4) Service purpose — documentation tool

TenantPack CY is a documentation tool for recording rental condition (e.g., move-in/move-out walkthroughs) and exporting Reports. It is not a mediation, arbitration, or legal service.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. copy/modify/reproduce materials without permission where required,
2. infringe third-party IP or privacy rights,
3. upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content,
4. upload malware or attempt to bypass security measures,
5. attempt unauthorised access to systems or data,
6. scrape or harvest data without permission.

6) User Content — rights & licence

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your User Content solely to operate the Service (e.g., generating/displaying Reports, backups).

7) Consent, privacy & third-party rights

You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary rights and consents before uploading photos/data (e.g., landlord/agent, flatmates, visitors). Do not upload sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.

8) Timestamps, signatures & “evidence”

Timestamps/metadata/signatures (if available) are provided for convenience and do not guarantee acceptance by third parties. A Report may help document condition, but it is not legal advice and does not guarantee any dispute outcome.

9) Payments, fees & refunds

Some features (e.g., PDF export) are paid. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). PDF export fees are one-time per rental/report and are non-refundable once the file has been generated/unlocked, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact info@webzone-cy.com. We may refuse service or access in cases of fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity.

10) Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services (payments, analytics, email delivery). Their terms/policies apply to their services.

11) Availability, maintenance & security

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected events. We take reasonable security measures, but no online service is 100% secure.

12) Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or rental/deposit disputes.

Where permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid for the PDF export in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G.SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD, partners, and providers against claims/damages arising from (a) your User Content, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) infringement of third-party rights.

14) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts/access for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risk.

15) Intellectual property

The Service software, templates, design, and content (excluding User Content) are protected by IP laws. You receive a limited licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

16) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. G.SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD is the Data Controller and Webzone-CY acts as Data Processor.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
