The site is hosted and technically maintained by G. SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD (Webzone-CY), acting as a Data Processor on behalf of the Data Controller G.SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD.

Usage/technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, security logs.
Payment data (limited): payment status, amount, currency, transaction identifiers. We do not store card details.
Signatures (if enabled): signature image/mark and associated timestamps.

Providing the TenantPack CY service (reports, walkthrough storage, PDF generation): contract / steps prior to entering a contract.
Customer support: legitimate interests and/or contract.
Security, fraud prevention, logs: legitimate interests.
Analytics/insights: legitimate interests or consent where required (non-essential cookies).
Payments & invoicing: contract and legal obligation.
Compliance with law: legal obligation.

After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (SSL/TLS, access controls, backups, firewalls, event logging). No method is 100% secure.

In case of a personal data breach, we will comply with GDPR notification obligations, including notifying the competent authority and/or affected individuals where required.

10) Automated Decision-Making / AI

Any automation is used only to support functionality and support workflows. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means without human involvement. The service does not provide legal advice.
